From 23 December 2021 to 25 December 2021, Hoang Thai performed an inspection for the seawater intake system of Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical LLC (NSRP). This entirely inspection is carried out yearly to provide close visual insight into the condition of the seawater intake and answered integrity questions relating to critical components of the intake structure.
Hoang Thai inspected these following items: sea water intake channel, stop logs, seawater trash racks, travelling band screen and seabed condition. Furthermore, Hoang Thai carried out the marine growth cleaning on the structures surface.
Hoang Thai has delivered final written reports (included videos) detailing the findings on all inspected structures and data about the mud level inside the system for NSRP’s consideration. They are premise for NSRP developing seawater intake system repair and maintenance plan.
This was a project that most of activities were conducted in confined space, safety and accurate end results are of paramount importance. Hoang Thai were 100% safety regulations compliant in all areas of execution.
